Overnight Care

A safe night's sleep - for both of you

Most falls happen at night. So does most of the worry. Overnight care means someone is in your parent's home from evening to morning — so you can sleep too.

Why overnight is different from daytime care.

Why overnight is different from daytime care.

Overnight caregivers aren't just there in case something goes wrong. They help with the evening routine, bathroom trips, sundowning episodes, middle-of-the-night confusion, and the morning wake-up. It takes a specific skill set — and we match for it.

Our overnight caregivers are matched for this work specifically. Same face every night. Detailed shift notes. Any incidents are reviewed and flagged. You wake up to a summary, not a surprise.

What overnight care typically includes

What overnight care typically includes

  • A caregiver arrives in the early evening and stays through the morning — usually 8 to 10 hours.

  • Help with the evening routine — dinner, medication reminders, bathing, and getting ready for bed.

  • No overnight premiums — the same hourly rate applies, day or night. Most agencies charge more after hours. We don't.

  • Incident notes surfaced to the care manager and RPN each morning.

  • Shift notes reviewed by your care team every morning.

Who this is for

Who this is for

Families with a parent at fall risk who lives alone. Spouses who need a full night's sleep instead of listening for every sound. Families bringing a parent home from the hospital, where the first few weeks are the most fragile. Dementia families where nighttime wandering is a real concern.

No Overnight Premiums

No Overnight Premiums

Most agencies charge overnight premiums — higher rates, surcharges, or separate fee structures after hours. We don't. Your hourly rate is the same day or night. We'll walk you through what overnight care looks like for your family on the first call.

Typical overnight care plan

Most overnight clients start with 2 to 3 nights per week. A sizeable minority move to nightly within the first month. Always the same caregiver.

Included in every plan

• RPN care plan review

• Care manager as POC

• Weekly family updates

• Observation notes surfaced

• Same caregiver continuity

"My dad fell at 2am in February. I moved him to a place with 24 hour care a month later. I wish I'd known about overnight care. We could have kept him home."
