Transparent pricing

Most agencies don't publish rates. Here's why we do.

Pricing is the first question families ask — and the last one most agencies answer. We think that's backwards. Rates start at $35/hour. We can give you an exact quote on the first call. No fees on top of the hourly. What we quote is what you pay.

FROM

$35 / hour

Pricing is based on what your loved one needs and schedule. Every family gets a care manager, the same caregiver every visit, weekly updates, and a written care plan. It's all included. Your care manager will be happy to answer any questions you have.

No hidden minimums

Two-hour minimum per visit so caregivers get a reasonable shift. One-month minimum relationship. That's all.

What the hour actually buys

Where your money goes is why the care is different.

Most families compare hourly rates. Makes sense. But the same number can buy very different things — and most of the difference comes down to where that money actually goes.

75% goes to the person in your parent's home

Not to a head office. Not to a call centre. To your caregiver — paid above industry standard so they stay. That's why your parent sees the same face every visit.

10% goes to the people who know your family.

A dedicated care manager. RPN-level oversight on every plan. They know your parent's name, your concerns, and what's changed since last week. At most agencies, this layer doesn't exist — or it costs three times as much.

15% goes to catching things before you have to.

Every visit produces observations. Our systems surface patterns early — so a small change two weeks ago gets flagged before it becomes a crisis. You never see these tools. You see the results.

Nothing extra gets added on top.

Built for ongoing care, not one-off coverage

We're built for families who want things to get better — not just covered. That takes time, the right caregiver, and a real plan. If you're looking for short-term fill-in care, we're happy to point you somewhere better suited for short term needs.

What's included, what isn't.

What's included, what isn't.

Included in every hour

Included in every hour

  • Caregiver time — personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and anything else outlined in the care plan.

  • Care management and the RPN-reviewed care plan.

  • Regular updates from your care manager.

  • Visit notes that track how things are going over time.

  • Your care manager is reachable by text and email during business hours.

Not included

Not included

  • Clinical services (wound care, injections, nursing treatments). We coordinate with your family doctor or a partner nursing service.

  • Live-in care. We don't offer live-in at this time, but we can support 24-hour care through scheduled visits.

  • Travel and errands beyond a reasonable distance from your parent's home. We'll be upfront about this on the first call.

No hidden fees

No hidden fees

No subscription. No admin fee. No "start-up charge." No overnight surcharge. Your quoted rate is your rate. If something would change it — a statutory holiday, a longer shift, a specialty requirement — we tell you before, not after.

Minimum visit length

3 hours. Anything shorter and there isn't enough time for a caregiver to arrive, settle in, do meaningful work, and document the visit. Most families land on 3 to 4 hours.

Pay caregivers fairly

Most agencies pay caregivers as little as possible — and it shows. High turnover, no-shows, a new face every week. We pay well above industry standard because caregivers who are paid fairly don't leave. That's not charity. It's how you get the same person every visit.

Ways to pay

Ontario tax credits that may apply.

Home care is a meaningful expense. In Ontario, several federal and provincial credits can offset some of the cost. This isn't tax advice, but it's the shortlist families should discuss with their accountant.
