Transparent pricing
Most agencies don't publish rates. Here's why we do.
Pricing is the first question families ask — and the last one most agencies answer. We think that's backwards. Rates start at $35/hour. We can give you an exact quote on the first call. No fees on top of the hourly. What we quote is what you pay.
FROM
$35 / hour
Pricing is based on what your loved one needs and schedule. Every family gets a care manager, the same caregiver every visit, weekly updates, and a written care plan. It's all included. Your care manager will be happy to answer any questions you have.
What the hour actually buys
Where your money goes is why the care is different.
Built for ongoing care, not one-off coverage
We're built for families who want things to get better — not just covered. That takes time, the right caregiver, and a real plan. If you're looking for short-term fill-in care, we're happy to point you somewhere better suited for short term needs.
Caregiver time — personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and anything else outlined in the care plan.
Care management and the RPN-reviewed care plan.
Regular updates from your care manager.
Visit notes that track how things are going over time.
Your care manager is reachable by text and email during business hours.
Clinical services (wound care, injections, nursing treatments). We coordinate with your family doctor or a partner nursing service.
Live-in care. We don't offer live-in at this time, but we can support 24-hour care through scheduled visits.
Travel and errands beyond a reasonable distance from your parent's home. We'll be upfront about this on the first call.
No subscription. No admin fee. No "start-up charge." No overnight surcharge. Your quoted rate is your rate. If something would change it — a statutory holiday, a longer shift, a specialty requirement — we tell you before, not after.
Minimum visit length
3 hours. Anything shorter and there isn't enough time for a caregiver to arrive, settle in, do meaningful work, and document the visit. Most families land on 3 to 4 hours.
Pay caregivers fairly
Most agencies pay caregivers as little as possible — and it shows. High turnover, no-shows, a new face every week. We pay well above industry standard because caregivers who are paid fairly don't leave. That's not charity. It's how you get the same person every visit.
Ways to pay
Ontario tax credits that may apply.
Above is a starting point, not tax advice. Your accountant or an Ontario caregiver tax specialist can tell you which apply to your specific situation. We're happy to provide documentation of services rendered for tax purposes.
Book a free intake call and we'll build a care plan that fits. If it doesn't, we'll tell you honestly.
