Madeline D.

I’ve always loved helping people, and during my nursing placement I saw how meaningful one-on-one care can be. It’s the little things—supporting someone through their daily routine, listening to their stories—that really make a difference. Being a caregiver lets me combine my clinical training with my love for connection and community.

Personal Bio:

Outside of work I love to read, crochet, draw and stay active by going to the gym or playing ultimate frisbee. I also enjoy spending quality time with my friends and family.

Professional Experience:

In nursing school I’ve done a placement at Elisabeth Bruyere in the stroke rehab unit. During my placement I learned how to take vitals, give injections, give medications, help people bathe and help people with their activities of daily living.
